How Do You Define Your Love?
Hello Navy Gang!
Let’s talk about Love.
We love Love.
We all talk about the meaning of Love and its definition, but have you ever had a conversation about how you define your love?
What is it about your love that makes it so genuine and true?
Is your love strong? Gentle? Understanding, but not foolish?
Understanding how you define your own love is critical in not only your relationships with romantic partners, but it ultimately shows up in the way you treat yourself.
How you define your love can help you in your ever evolving self-love journey. If you understand how you define the love you give, and share, you can relate more to who you are.

If you know your love is defined by its openness and sincerity, you can trust your own frame of thinking and motives to more align with who you need to be.
If you know your love is defined by its boldness and spontaneity, you can trust your intuition and know that you are full of courage for your life path.
If you know your love is defined by awareness and honesty, you can trust your ability to spot red flags, and your strength to leave when things are not right.
As mentioned, there are several articles based on the premise of “defining love”, but our conversation wants to lead you to define YOUR love.
Learn and understand that Love. Then share it with yourself first.

- Write out, talk it out, or say aloud, 3 (three) words to describe how you love.
- Then, take those three words and research the definition.
- Once you have the definitions, put them together in a statement and define your love.
