We currently only accept submissions that come to us via our email FEATURES@TRUELOVENAVYCO.COM. We don’t accept submissions via Instagram or Facebook messages. When you’re emailing us, please leave us with as much information as possible.
The time that it takes to publish photos varies depending on the companies needs.
We post couples and we post product and so we have a certain flow on how the photos are posted on our feeds.
Once you make the submission and you are accepted your photos will go into the queue and it could be anywhere between 2 weeks and 1+ months before it is featured.
Remember, there are only 3 people behind everything you see on our page.
Please, give us some grace.
Due to the high volume of submissions if you have not heard back from us with in 3 weeks please email us at FEATURES@TRUELOVENAVYCO.COM
We asked that all photos be of professional quality. Photos and videos are to be clear and not grainy, no filters on the photos, no overly contrasted photos. Submission are to be from real couples and not staged photoshoots. If you are in a contract with your photographer please let us know so we can send you a photo release form.
We would love to post every photo that is submitted because we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to showcase their love.
Due to our team being so small it is super hard for us to post all the photos that are being sent to us.
We have various reason why some post are posted and some are not and sometimes the reason is that we aren't going for that style at the time for our page.
Again, if we decline your submission it doesn't mean that you're not deserving of being our page.
We are ever evolving and growing as people and as a company and we want to provide you with best content that we can find and create.
